Side Effects of HGH - Diabetes Perhaps this is not the most correct place for this section, as you will soon find out. However, there has been much speculation as to the effects of the human growth hormone in regards to diabetes and the primary concern is whether or not HGH causes diabetes or is detrimental to patients with diabetes.There is an overwhelming amount of research in regards to this topic and at this point in time there has yet to be proven scientific research that HGH causes, or creates negative side effects in patients with diabetes. In fact research has proven otherwise that while on a HGH program the blood sugars normalize and require either less frequent injections or in some rare cases no injections whatsoever. Please do not consider this to mean that HGH is a cure for diabetes for once the HGH levels drop then the diabetic sugar levels once again start acting on the same level as prior to HGH treatment. However there is yet to be a reported single case where diabetic symptoms were worsened or became dangerous in response to HGH treatment. Perhaps you are aware of or are currently suffering from a condition known as Edema.
