Benefits of HGH - Sleep

Benefits of HGH - REM Sleep    Rapid Eye Movement or REM sleep is the state of the most restful type of sleep. During REM sleep not only does our physical body rest, it is also the time that our brain is able to convert short term memory into long term memory. During REM sleep we are able to see dreams that we can remember after we wake up. There is a direct link to HGH levels allowing us to enter into REM sleep, and the amount of time we spend in it. An example of this is when we talk about learning a language. It is common fact that it is much easier to learn a new language when we are younger then when we are older. The reason behind it is that when we are young and our HGH levels are at a reasonably high level, we are able to enter into, and stay in, REM sleep much easier and for a longer period of time. As we get older, less and less time is spent in REM sleep. Thus it becomes increasingly difficult to remember things, such as a different language.

The average time spent in REM sleep varies from person to person, obviously depending on how much total time is spent sleeping and also depending on our age. One thing that may surprise you is that a study by the Journal of Sleep Research suggests that as men age they spend much less time in REM sleep compared to women. With HGH levels at their best, we get all of the necessary REM sleep to be able to function physically and mentally without a hindrance referred to as tiredness.

The last great benefit of HGH that we will discuss is our mood. We believe moods such as depression and fatigue are not only psychological they are also due to a deficiency of certain types of bodily required elements, one of them is HGH. Click below to find out more:
